Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Golden Bridge Media ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Golden Bridge Media provides digital marketing services including SEO optimization, Google Business Profile management, content writing, social media posts, backlinks, and ads management. Services are outlined in your selected package and may be modified with 30 days written notice.

2. Payment Terms

• All services are billed monthly in advance
• A one-time setup fee is due upon signing
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer

3. Month-to-Month Agreement

Golden Bridge Media operates on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts are required. Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to khai@goldenbridgemedia.com
• Setup fees are non-refundable
• Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable
• Services will continue through the end of the current billing period

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver results, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to required accounts and assets
• Respond to communications within 3 business days
• Provide accurate business information and materials when requested
• Not engage conflicting marketing agencies for the same services during the agreement

6. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results vary based on industry, competition, budget, and market conditions. Golden Bridge Media does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes. We commit to delivering all services as described in your package and applying industry best practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and materials created by Golden Bridge Media for your business become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Golden Bridge Media's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaii.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email with 14 days notice.
